These rules set out the terms and conditions of the prize draw entitled \u201eVote for the revamped hajduszoboszlo.hu and win a 3-day stay at Hotel Aurum!\u201d (hereinafter: the Prize Draw). By taking part in the Competition, you agree to these rules.<\/p>

The winner must provide their name, email address and telephone number in a message within 5 days of receiving the notification, along with the information required to fulfil any tax obligations relating to the prize.<\/p> The Organiser will present the voucher to the winner by email or in person at the Tourinform office (4200 Hajd\u00faszoboszl\u00f3, Szent Istv\u00e1n Park 1\u20133). With the winner\u2019s consent, the Organiser will publish the winner\u2019s name or profile name in the post announcing the competition.<\/p> The Organiser shall not be held liable if the winner fails to receive the notification due to their own fault (for example, incorrect details or restrictions on messaging) or fails to reply within the deadline.<\/p> Any taxes and contributions arising in connection with the prize, which are payable by the payer in accordance with the law, shall be paid by the Organiser. Participation in the Game is free of charge; the Player may only incur the usual costs of internet access.<\/p> The data controller is the Organiser. In order to run the Competition, the Organiser processes the Player\u2019s Facebook or Instagram username and comment; in the case of the winner and reserve winners, their name, email address, telephone number, and the data necessary to fulfil tax obligations.<\/p> The purpose of data processing is to organise the Competition, notify the winner and award the prize. The legal basis is the Player\u2019s consent, which is given by submitting a comment (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), whilst for data required for tax purposes, it is the fulfilment of a legal obligation to which the Organiser is subject (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).<\/p> The Organiser shall delete Players\u2019 data within 30 days of the prize being awarded; the Organiser shall retain the winner\u2019s data for the period prescribed by accounting and tax legislation. A Player may withdraw their consent at any time by deleting their post or by turizmus@hajduszoboszlo.hu<\/a> in a letter sent to that address; this does not affect the lawfulness of data processing prior to the withdrawal, but the Player will no longer take part in the prize draw thereafter.<\/p> Information on the rights of data subjects and the options for lodging a complaint can be found in the In the data processing notice<\/a> you can read it.<\/p> The Game is not sponsored, endorsed or administered in any way by Meta Platforms, Inc. (the operator of Facebook and Instagram), and Meta Platforms, Inc. accepts no liability in connection with the Game. Players provide their personal data to the Organiser, not to Meta.<\/p> The Organiser reserves the right to amend the rules where justified, or to suspend the Competition; it will provide information on this in the post announcing the Competition and on this page.
