One of the best-known classics of Hungarian comedy literature, Hyppolit the lackey, is coming to Hajd\u00faszoboszl\u00f3 in a musical stage version performed by the Mandala Song Theatre.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The story focuses on M\u00e1ty\u00e1s Schneider, whose haulage business suddenly becomes successful and his family quickly becomes rich. Mrs Schneider adapts to her new life by taking in a lackey, but the arrival of Hyppolit turns the simple family's daily life upside down. Aristocratic manners, the need to conform to social status, the pressure to conform and the complications of love are presented with a great deal of humour and twists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The play is a stage version of the legendary film by Gyula Kabos, with catchy melodies by Mih\u00e1ly Eisemann. The performance Istv\u00e1n Mik\u00f3<\/strong> J\u00e1szai Mari Award-winning, Merited Artist, who can also be seen in the role of M\u00e1ty\u00e1s Schneider. Hyppolit G\u00e1bor B\u00f3dis<\/strong> and other roles include Szab\u00f3 Anik\u00f3, Cserj\u00e9si Beatrix, Bacskai Zsolt, Kov\u00e1cs Attila, Germ\u00e1n L\u00edvis, Vajn\u00e1rovics Vikt\u00f3ria, Nagy Fruzsina, Moln\u00e1r \u00c1gnes, B\u00e1nhidi P\u00e9ter, Gavola B\u00e1lint<\/strong> and the company's artists take to the stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The performance offers a light, musical theatre experience for all those who love classic Hungarian comedies, humorous situations and timeless stories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
