Mind Body Spirit – Sunrise Floating Singing Bowl Bath at the Aqua-Palace

The Mind Body Spirit team welcomes guests to the Hungarospa Aqua-Palace Water Park with a special way to start the day. The Sunrise Floating Singing Bowl Bath combines the morning light, the gentle rocking of the water and the unique sounds of the singing bowls.

The programme takes place in the Tropical Pool, where participants can relax on stable, floating mattresses whilst the sounds and vibrations of Nepalese and crystal singing bowls, gongs and other acoustic instruments accompany the morning sound journey.

Important information:

• We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the programme begins.
• Participants are helped onto the mats from the shore, so there is no need to get wet during the programme.
• Comfortable clothing is recommended, and a soft blanket can make the experience even more comfortable.
• The aim of the programme is relaxation and rejuvenation; it does not constitute medical or therapeutic treatment.
• Places are limited, so attendance is subject to advance ticket purchase.
• Entry is via the main entrance to the Hungarospa Aqua-Palace Leisure Centre.
• Photographs and audio recordings may be taken at the event, which the organisers may use for communication and promotional purposes.
