A new series of culinary events is launching at BÜFÉ: the … The aim of the & FRIENDS evenings is to allow guests to discover another side to the venue.

At the heart of the series is the belief that a genuine gastronomic experience is not necessarily about excess. It is possible to create a high-quality, memorable experience and genuine value using simple ingredients and a refined approach.

On three occasions this year, three guest chefs will be visiting the BÜFÉ to showcase, as part of a series of so-called „four-handed” dinner events, their vision of gastronomy in 2026.

At these intimate, friendly evenings, a set menu is prepared on each occasion, put together jointly by the host and the guest chef. The character of each dinner is shaped by the guest chef’s professional ethos, gastronomic approach and philosophy of life.

Maximum capacity: 20 people

Volume 2: 23–24 October 2026.
Volume 3: 7–8 November 2026.
