Mind Body Spirit – Moonlight: a floating sound journey at the Aqua-Palace

Visitors can look forward to a special evening experience in the Tropical Pool at the Aqua-Palace Leisure Centre, where the gentle lapping of the water and the harmonious soundscapes help you to relax and recharge.

During the Mind Body Spirit – Moonlight programme, participants can relax on stable mattresses floating on water, whilst the sounds and vibrations of Nepalese and crystal singing bowls, as well as special acoustic instruments, create a meditative, peaceful atmosphere.

Important information:

• We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the programme begins.
• Participants are helped onto the mats from the shore, so there is no need to go into the water during the programme.
• Comfortable, layered clothing, as well as a blanket or throw, is recommended.
• Places are limited, so attendance is subject to advance ticket purchase.
• The programme is designed to provide relaxation and rejuvenation; it does not constitute medical or therapeutic treatment.
• Photographs and audio recordings may be taken at the event, which the organisers may use for communication and promotional purposes.
