On 29 September from 6.00 pm, anyone interested is invited to a special sound bath, where the sounds of Peter Hess’s trademark therapeutic singing bowls, therapeutic gongs and other intuitive instruments will help you relax and unwind.
The programme lasts about an hour. Comfortable clothing is recommended; the organisers will provide foam mats, blankets and pillows.

Sound baths are not recommended for those with cancer, during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, in cases of fever or acute illness, for those with epilepsy or a predisposition to it, for those with a pacemaker, or for those undergoing psychiatric treatment.
