The Hotel Barátság is located in the recreational area of Hajdúszoboszló, 200 metres from the city spa, beach bath and the Aqua-Palace water park, on the King Matthias promenade.
Rooms
The hotel has 117 fully renovated double rooms, 20 apartments and 3 special rooms for disabled guests. All rooms have a balcony (except for rooms with reduced mobility), colour TV, telephone, bathroom, hairdryer, minibar, internet access and in-room safe. For business guests there are 2 business apartments, for families 2 family rooms, and for those who prefer something special, a Hajdú room furnished in a contemporary style can be booked. The hotel is entirely non-smoking. For guests who smoke, a cigar room is available in the hotel lobby, the only one in town.
Bathing and spa services
In the thermal hall of the hotel, guests can relax and recover in the thermal water pools of different temperatures filled with controlled and certified thermal water of Hajdúszoboszló, where there are also experience elements (bushes, neck shower, waist shower), as well as weight bath and Kneipp cure pools to make the treatments more effective.
The infrared sauna, Finnish sauna, steam bath, plunge pool and whirlpool ensure complete regeneration and refreshment. In the hotel gardens there is a year-round spa pool with adventure elements, and during the summer months a private beach and swimming pool. For our younger guests, there is a children's pool with slides.
Guests wishing to recover can receive all treatments in the renovated health centre of the Hotel Friendship. Treatments are available according to the current social security regulations.
Gastronomy
The hotel's air-conditioned restaurant offers a choice of buffet or à la carte dining. Reformed, international and traditional cuisine can all be catered for. The lobby bar serves locally made cakes, exotic cocktails and coffee specialities.
Conference
Hotel Friendship has a conference room for up to 300 people and 3 section rooms for 50 people each. There is also a meeting room for up to 15 people and the Diana Special Room for 60 people.
Sport, entertainment
Sports and entertainment can be enjoyed in the U-PUB Pub, located in the basement of the Hotel Friendship, where you will find twin lane bowling, billiard tables, air hockey and foosball tables. In summer, 2 petanque courts are available in the garden in front of the hotel.
For people with reduced mobility
Three special rooms are available on the ground floor for guests with reduced mobility. A handrail lift is provided at the main entrance and stair-climbing equipment is provided for movement within the hotel. The spa pools have a pool lift to facilitate access. There are 2 disabled parking spaces in the hotel car park.
