The Sáska lake is an artificially created fishing lake near Hajdúszoboszló, which provides fishing opportunities for hobby and sport fishermen in a calm and orderly environment.

The Sáska is characterised by a large fish population, high fish density and excellent water quality (continuous water supply).

The most common fish species

Carp, amur, crucian carp, bream and compo.
The facility is located in a 5 ha fenced, landscaped area, with a water surface area of 2.1 ha, an average depth of 1.5 m and a deepest pool of 2.5 m. The lake bed is designed with anglers in mind, so it is a steady, stepped, obstacle-free pond.

Additional services

Camping and camping (in designated fireplaces or with portable fire pits) is allowed.
There is a snack bar, a fishing shop and fishing rods for hire in the fisherman's house.
The fishing pond is fully accessible (toilets, dock, parking).

Where is the Locust Fishing Pond

The fishing pond is located between Hajdúszoboszló and Debrecen, on the outskirts of Ebes, along the main road 4, 4 km from Hajdúszoboszló.
