Our family’s favourite destination is Hajdúszoboszló

We love Szoboszló, because although the Beach, the Aqua Park and Aqua-Palace experience bath offers a lot of programs, it is still an extremely family-friendly place. We recommend you to try out our favourite programs – I can guarantee that both the kids and adults will enjoy them.

If you take a rest in Hajdúszoboszló, try the bike-carriage for sure. We love it because we can choose from more than 20 vehicles: my little children always use the mini bike-carriage or pricycle, while we have already tried the traditional carriage and the tandem one, as well. The best about this program is that we can make a ride in a lively atmosphere and we can discover also the lesser-known corners of this cozy spa town.

If you opt for less active sightseeing, I recommend you the tourist train as our children simply adore these kinds of narrow-gauge trains and I have to admit that me and my husband like it, as well. We can take the sightseeing train opposite the entrance of the spa; it travels around the spa during a half-an-hour drive, and then it arrives back to the starting point through the city center. At first, we learned about the sights of Hajdúszoboszló this way, too.

Apart from bathing, my little son’s favourite pastime is karting. He tried out drag racing for the first time in Hajdúszoboszló – you can find the 300-meter-long track at the airport. This first karting was a great experience for me, as that time we were racing on a kart for two people. If you would like to gain a unique experience, it is worth to arrive in the evening as it is fantastic to race on the illuminated track.
