Called „The Art of Fire and Earth”, the pottery craft, which has a centuries-old history in Nádudvar, has been a tradition in the Fazekas family since the 1700s.

As well as getting to know the work of Jnr. István Fazekas, a folk craftsman, as well as gaining an insight into the history of local pottery, they can also take part in the process of pottery making and discing.
In the demonstration house, visitors will also be able to learn the typical Nádudvar decoration technique.
Clay pots are typically black in colour.
The exhibition will not only show the old forms, but also the present ones.
Visitors who are impressed by the special dishes will also have the opportunity to buy them.

The show house is located 18 km from Hajdúszoboszló, on the main road in Nádudvar.
It is accessible by car and bus, 3 minutes from the so-called „main” bus stop.
