„We prepare our food with great care and attention. Respecting the traditions of Hungarian cuisine, but following international trends, we create a seasonally renewed menu, aiming to find the „right” dish for every guest.
It is important to us - and we consider it a bit of a duty - to source our raw materials from the best small producers in the region, where possible, who provide high quality raw materials. In addition to the raw materials from the producers, we try to prepare as many ingredients as possible in-house, so we seasonally sourdough, pickle, smoke...”
Mirage Café
The perfect place to enjoy a perfect coffee and cake. The café is centrally located in the hotel. The Piazza d'Oro Forza offers a full-bodied, well-balanced taste, a real culinary delight for our coffee-loving guests. The desserts will please all your senses. The delicacies are handcrafted in the hotel's own pastry shop using high quality fresh ingredients.
