„We prepare our food with great care and attention. Respecting the traditions of Hungarian cuisine, but following international trends, we create a seasonally renewed menu, aiming to find the „right” dish for every guest.
It is important to us - and we consider it a bit of a duty - to source our raw materials from the best small producers in the region, where possible, who provide high quality raw materials. In addition to the raw materials from the producers, we try to prepare as many ingredients as possible in-house, so we seasonally sourdough, pickle, smoke...”
